Carol Dion

Owner, Founder, Pilates Specialists, Prayer Warrior

Carol’s lifelong passion for movement began with classical dance training at a young age. During her formative years, she attended prestigious programs such as the North Carolina School of the Arts and Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography from Arizona State University, launching a successful career as a freelance dance artist in Los Angeles and San Diego.

After sustaining a spinal injury, Carol discovered The Pilates Method, which became a transformative part of her personal and professional journey.

Career Milestones:

  • 2000: Certified Personal Trainer — American Council on Exercise (ACE)

  • 2001: Comprehensive Pilates Certification — PhysicalMind Institute

  • 2006: Certified in the GYROTONIC® Expansion System

  • 2007: Relocated to Dallas, Texas, continuing her teaching in Pilates and GYROTONIC®

Carol spent eight years teaching at a Pilates certifying studio in Tampa, Florida, where she also served as a model instructor for certification trainees. In Dallas, she began studying within the Romana’s Pilates lineage, deepening her understanding of Joseph Pilates’ original “Contrology” method.

Dedicated to lifelong learning and excellence in movement education, Carol continues to study, refine, and share her craft — helping students of all backgrounds build strength, awareness, and resilience through mindful movement.
